Letter from the Chairman of DRAKE:
On behalf of Drake International, we wish to express our enthusiastic support for Aquiess International - Global Rain Project and their unique system of weather modification technology, presently being deployed in countries threatened by extreme weather and drought.
Drake International was first introduced to Aquiess in 2006. Since that time, we have had the opportunity to monitor numerous weather modification field trials and activities conducted by the Aquiess team. During this period, Drake has witnessed the ability of Aquiess' electromagnetic technology to improve climactic conditions and facilitate desired change in weather patterns. Subsequent to these results, Drake became a supporting partner of Aquiess. As it stands, Drake International has a continuing interest in the efforts put forward by Aquiess and believes that the continuation of the Global Rain Project will allow the international community to obtain a better understanding of weather modification.
The project aims to harness new technology known as Atmospheric Resonance Mechanism (ARM) to reach remote geographical targets with rainfall drawn from oceanic sources. ARM has been deployed in Australia since 1999 to reduce storms, avert fire hazards. minimize flooding and increase precipitation. Many of the deployments have resulted in a successful outcomes and have been witnessed by independent observers. Many areas in the state of Victoria, Australia, particularly rural communities, are suffering from rainfall deficiencies and consequential drought. ARM is one way to combat this shortage.
We invite you to join this pioneering project and support the future of our environment. Aquiess is willing to undertake a three month engagement where inquiring parties may set a potential target, for which Aquiess will endeavour to provide optimum rainfall. Accordingly, an agreed amount of rainfall is signed off between the parties, which historically has been above official forecasts. Fee negotiations are based only on a successful result for the target area at the minimum prescribed amount of rainfall agreed. Results are monitored independently to ensure accuracy and validation of the resuIts.
Greater involvement in this project will enhance the Aquiess mission and will lead to the development of stronger technological capabilities. Drake lnternational understands that support of the Global Rain Project is ongoing and will allow Aquiess to provide services which will increase soil moisture levels, decrease severe frosts, modify existing weather patterns to assist fire fighting and target remote locations with oceanic precipitation.
Almost every country in the world needs access to this innovative technology, available through Aquiess International. Please take a stand in support or the Global Rain Project.
We are counting on you to help protect the environment upon which we all depend.
Sincerely,
R.W. (Bill) Pollock
