drought mitigation

aquiess has successfully demonstrated 'rainmaking' for seven years to government and private observers.

aquiess has worked for high level government clients in the Middle East, as well as run successful demonstrations for 2 US allied countries, at the highest level.

In 2005 aquiess observers accredited the company with breaking one of the worst droughts in Australia’s history. This drought was not expected to break, as Bureau forecasters in both Australia and US obseved ocean and climate conditions which would prevent good Australian rainfall totals. This was to change however within 28 days of aquiess deploying an 'oceanic rains' service.

Before

Australia's Bureau Of Meteorology (BOM) published a deficiency chart (above) showing "lowest on record" rainfall for the first 3 months of the 2005 growing season.

After

After 5 Months of aquiess deployments, deficiencies (compared to average) were eliminated. BOM released a chart (Above) which shows no deficiency in the target zone, a result of "5 months of above average rains."

This unexpected result was described as "a most remarkable turnaround" in the Suppliment To Bulletin of American Meteorological Socienty Vol 87 No6 June 2006. (Download PDF of this coment.)
