The aquiess project relies on extremely accurate data and modeling from around the world. We are not Meteorologists but utilize their models and services for the purpose of decision support. The better the observational data, interpretive algorithms, computer models and calculated forecasts, the greater the confidence we have in bringing rainfall.
For a start, rain bearing weather is driven, it does not just exist in a constant state of chaos. Physical forces control it, such as solar radiation, air temperature, surface and air conductivity, oceanic temperatures, surrounding convective air flows etc. These influences combined, may be described as 'forces of nature' or better still the 'forces of nature driving weather' (FDW).
- Each force within all FDW can be analyzed, broken down and understood by scientists in terms of cause and effect.
- Understanding each force individually allows us to look for and exploit vulnerabilities, with the aim of assisting to determine where rain will land etc.
These points form the logic basis behind the aquiess services which require modification of the rain 'flow corridors,' (or precipitable moisture flow pathways).
Further to the logic basis, we rely on a fundamental order observed within our known universe. In 1619, Johnnes Kepler published a revolutionary works called Harmonices Mundi(1) Latin for "The Harmony of the Worlds."
Citing from Book V (Epilogue Chapter 10), in which he concludes by quoting the royal Psalmist from ancient scripture:
"Great is our Lord and great His virtue and of His wisdom there is no number: praise Him, ye heavens, praise Him, ye sun, moon, and planets, use every sense for perceiving, every tongue for declaring your Creator. Praise Him, ye celestial harmonies, praise Him, ye judges of the harmonies uncovered and thou my soul, praise the Lord thy Creator, as long as I shall be: for out of Him and through Him and in Him are all things, καὶ τἀ αἰσθητὰ καὶ τὰ νοερὰ [both the sensible and the intelligible]; for both whose whereof we are utterly ignorant and those which we know are the least part of them; because there is still more beyond. To Him be praise, honour, and glory, world without end. Amen."
Even as the intricacies of our world can be studied from space via an orbiting telescope in the ISS, or on earth under a powerful electron microscope - and they don't disappoint, - Kepler's view exposed creation as having intelligible and ordered harmonies, beauty and depth. Within this discoverable realm, aquiess researchers have uncovered 'mechanisms of harmonics' that provide a 'connectivity' between atmospheric systems. Not only that there exists harmonic form and function but that there are frequencies at which objects will respond to a 'pulse signal' in a form of 'harmonic response'. This has been termed 'resonance' in the aquiess literature.
During the advent of our present ‘Newtonian era’, much of Kepler’s work has been brushed aside as being ‘outdated' or irrelevant. To quote one review by Charles Glenn Wallis in 1939: "Kepler's speculations are long discredited. However, this work stands as a bridge between the Hermetic philosophy of the Renaissance, which sought systems of symbolic correspondences in the fabric of nature, and modern science."
The modern processes of ‘scientific peer review’ has led to an adoption of ‘later theories’ with little regard for the founding influences from which they have been derived. Harmonices Mundi demonstrates Kepler’s belief that there is complete harmony between form, forces and physicality of our space/ time universe(2). Recent scientific developments, including highly calibrated instrumentation, space travel, robotics, optics, communications and an open collaboration between scientists and researchers around the world, have opened the door to extensive developments, allowing researchers to bring concepts from earlier theories (like Kepler's) forward with a stunning new clarity(3).
It is to this view that aquiess researchers hold, scientifically, that every intricacy of our world and indeed the Universe, can be understood, given enough time, effort and technological resourcing.
aquiess weather modification is based on frequencies that are discoverable, code and algorithms, which can enable (an apparent) direct connectivity between programming operations and atmospheric systems. One commonly accepted analogy to this is the setting up of harmonic waves by soldiers marching on a bridge. If enough soldiers march in-time on a bridge, the bridge will oscillate and could inadvertently destroyed. If a device was produced to remotely 'deploy' the same harmonic frequency upon that bridge, it could be physically destroyed without the soldiers.
Using this 'resonance mechanism' we have been able to demonstrate modification of atmospheric streams of gentle soaking rain.
