Generally demonstrations have included events where aquiess announced results expected, before an audience of both public and private individuals. Although names of witnesses are not publishable under privacy agreements, government scrutinizers have not faulted success-claims, made during 2001-2007 by the company.* Independent data from Australia's Bureau Of Meteorology is utilized to verify results.

During recent trials in Australia, oceanic rainfall is sought from outside the country's sovereign territory and drawn into the desired regional target, utilizing licensed resonance technology. Experimental deployments have operated in Australia since 1999 to increase precipitation over target areas.
Some recent example results are presented below. Efforts have been made to represent outcomes accurately and directly.

Witnesses are those individuals to whom it is announced beforehand, that aquiess is deploying, time of deployment and expected outcome. Witness notification is recorded so that they can observe outcomes and confirm the accuracy of the result against the deployment objective.

Use of Bureau Of Meteorology (BOM) Charts
The Victorian rainfall Project's primary and secondary targets have been overlayed onto BOM originals, and represented here, for the purpose of reviewing outcomes.

*Records of over 50 weather modification events witnessed by independent observers, were examined by representatives of the Victorian Government, in Australia at the end of 2006. The government department responded after 3 months of review saying, they were NOT IN DISPUTE OF RESULTS.
